We service and support all the products we handle. We stock key replacement parts for our main product line. Most issues can be resolved by taking the time to read your product manual and literature. We ask that you review your product manual and literature before contacting us for support. The product literature will also tell you whether the potential problem is covered under warranty, and whether you are to deal directly with the manufacturers warranty department, or whether or not we are to assist you with the matter. If we cannot personally solve your problem we will direct you to someone who can.
We go the extra mile to make you our satisfied customer - referrals available.
Our standard hours of business are: Monday to Saturday - 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Mountain Standard Time Sundays - 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm Mountain Standard Time
Our extended hours of business should we choose to work them are: Monday to Saturday - 7:00 am to 9:00 pm Mountain Standard Time Sundays - 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm Mountain Standard Time
Calls outside of extended hours of business: No matter what the problem is subject to our service call rates! Minimum charge is two hours - HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD READY!
